PRELAUNCH TERMS

Early access gets you in line.

These terms apply while you join FRISKD before launch. They explain what early access means, what you agree to, and what FRISKD can and cannot promise yet.

You must be 18 or older

FRISKD early access is for adults only. By joining, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are allowed to use the email address you submit.

How joining works

You enter an email address and verify it with the short-lived link or six-digit code we send you. Once verified, FRISKD saves an early-access record tied to that email. That record helps us recognize you later when the app launches.

Verification emails are part of the signup you requested

We may send the verification link, verification code, confirmation, and private waitlist settings link needed to complete or manage your signup. Those messages are operational. Optional prelaunch and launch updates are separate and only apply if you choose them.

Optional updates are actually optional

If you opt in, FRISKD may send you prelaunch news, launch information, and related updates at your verified email address. You can turn those emails off later from your private waitlist settings link.

Your early-access record helps you create your account later

Joining early access does not create your full FRISKD account yet. At launch, you can verify the same email again, claim your saved early-access record, and continue through the normal account, profile, security, and E2EE-device setup without starting from zero.

We cannot promise a specific launch date or availability

FRISKD is still being built. Features, timing, eligibility, launch markets, and the prelaunch experience may change. We do not guarantee that FRISKD will launch on a particular date or that every prelaunch feature will always be available.

Phone verification may come later

FRISKD may later use phone verification for security, recovery, trust, or anti-abuse purposes. Phone verification is not part of the current prelaunch signup, and joining early access does not authorize marketing texts or recurring SMS campaigns.

You can stop updates without giving up your spot

Turning optional email updates off does not delete your verified early-access record. Your spot remains available to claim later as long as you have not separately deleted it.

You can delete your prelaunch record

Your private waitlist settings page includes a separate full-record deletion option. Deleting removes your current prelaunch record, private management links, and pending verification state tied to that email. It does not delete a future FRISKD account. If you join early access again later, you will need to verify your email again.

These prelaunch terms may change

If the prelaunch experience changes in a way that affects these terms, we may update this page. The date at the bottom tells you when this version was last updated.
